My favourite wine bar in London Bridge. Perfect for a few glasses of wine, and amazing cheese boards. Tricky to get a spot if you haven’t booked but you can often get lucky if just popping in as a couple for a glass or two.

Bedales of Borough Market is a cozy gem in the heart of London’s Borough Market, perfect for wine lovers and foodies alike. The wine selection is fantastic, with a mix of well-known and unique bottles, and the small plates are delicious especially borough platter and beetroot salad. The atmosphere is charming whether you’re inside or enjoying the outdoor space under the train tracks. Service is top notch, and Lyle, in particular, is a great guy attentive, friendly, and always happy to recommend the perfect wine. If you’re looking for a relaxed yet sophisticated spot to enjoy great wine and food, Bedales is a must visit

We just returned from a mini birthday celebration at your place. First of all, the blond girl who served us was so gracious, kind and sincere, many thanks to her! And the Jerusalem artichoke dish was delicious!

I have been going to Bedales nearly every weekend for the last four years. This review is long overdue! The wine selection (both by the glass and bottle) has a wide variety to choose from and can please any wine lover. The food is also very good, but I only eat at the bar around once a month. I come back to this place all the time because of the staff. They are very friendly and always take care of me! Evelina, Francesco and the entire team are wonderful! If you have 30 minutes during your visit to Borough Market for a quick glass, Bedales is a must!

Visited on 16th May and had a great night. We have been before but it's a few years ago, it was great back then and still the same now. Cannot fault anything about the place. It was that good we went back the following night. Amy who greeted us both nights deserves a shout out - really friendly, welcoming and helpful. Didn't get the names of everybody who looked after us but they were all so nice. We'll be popping along again next time we are in London.

During our visit, we had an amazing experience, thanks in part to our waiter, Lali. He recommended a fantastic Sicilian wine that paired beautifully with the prawns we ordered. Lali’s knowledge and attentiveness made our meal very enjoyable. Overall, excellent service and outstanding flavors—highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bedales of Borough, a delightful wine bar and bistro perfectly situated in the vibrant heart of London's Borough Market. Housed in a former potato storehouse, the venue boasts a warm and rustic charm, with distressed concrete floors, walls that tell a story, and shelves brimming with an impressive selection of wines. It’s the ideal retreat from the lively market atmosphere just outside. The ambiance made it the perfect spot for an afternoon with friends. We were treated to a delectable array of carefully selected cheeses paired with unique, flavorful dishes that showcased the fresh, high-quality ingredients sourced from the market. To top it off, the non-alcoholic champagne we enjoyed was nothing short of fantastic—and inspired addition to our meal that complemented the food beautifully. The service was absolutely exceptional. Our host, Katharine, deserves special mention for her warm hospitality and genuine enthusiasm. She went above and beyond to answer our questions about the menu and shared her personal recommendations, which turned out to be spot-on and added an extra layer of enjoyment to our experience. For anyone seeking a cozy yet sophisticated dining experience in Borough Market, Bedales of Borough is a must-visit. Whether you're a wine connoisseur, a foodie, or simply looking for a memorable night out, this gem offers it all. Highly recommended!
